I · The tide
The old systems are giving way to new ones.
Money, energy, governance, media, machines: the systems a family once built a life on are changing in front of us, and so are the old ways of seeing. Some call it a transition. Some call it a storm. Either way it is here, and it is open to anyone who looks at it plainly.
Being ready for it is not about fear. It is a steady mind, a strong body, honest means, a home in order, a circle you can rely on, and a spirit that remembers what a life is for. Ready for the storm, and ready for the harvest, so that when abundance comes it builds a life rather than breaking one.
That is what we do here, together: understand what is changing without getting caught up in it, and make our families ready.

III · The harbours · a shelf on Grow
Five harbours, and others as the house grows.
Place is one strand of Grow: choosing, with open eyes, where life is built. For the families who move, the harbours are the places we know, each with its own customs, taught in plain terms: residency routes, schools, healthcare, cost of living, and how a household settles.
Indonesia
The largest economy in Southeast Asia. A new capital rising and a country building its future by design.
Saudi Arabia
An invitation written for the decades ahead. Zones with their own rules, residency for those who build, and an economy opening to the world.
United Arab Emirates
A practised host for international families. Courts of common law, residency that lasts, and cities built to welcome international families.

IV · The gathering
The heart of the house.
Members meet online, live. Each gathering is announced to members ahead of time, and each is recorded onto its ground's shelf, so a member who could not be there loses nothing.
Inside, the conversation is open: the bigger picture, what moved in the world and in the systems, what it means for a family, one teaching from Sow, Grow or Give, and then the circle, where members ask, share and say where they stand. The tone is light. One rule holds the room: it is for the journey, and nothing said there is advice for one family's situation.
Beside the gathering stand the shelves, the Brief, a letter on what changed, and the community, one room for every member. Those are the membership, open on every day of the year; each gathering adds to them.
Everything in xlnc.vip is general education and community. xlnc.vip teaches, and coordinates where a member asks. Licensed lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, banks, company service providers and immigration agents in each jurisdiction advise, act and sign, and you engage and pay them directly. We are not a law firm, not a tax adviser, not licensed to advise on or deal in securities or to manage assets in Hong Kong or anywhere else, not a trust or company service provider, and not an immigration agent. We do not form or administer companies, act as director, secretary, nominee or trustee, or provide registered addresses. We do not recommend, arrange or sell any financial product or investment, and we do not hold or transmit client money. No tier includes legal, tax or investment advice.
V · The house
Privacy, held with care.
This is a small house, and it intends to stay one. We know each family well. What a family shares with us is held in confidence and treated with care, as it should be.
It was founded by Sim Khela, an engineer who has spent a decade between public institutions and family businesses in Indonesia and the Gulf, and who serves as an honorary ambassador for Indonesia to an international industry body. He lives in Bali.
The house lives by Tri Hita Karana, the Balinese principle of harmony with people, nature and spirit, and by the plain virtues of his Sikh roots: honest work, sharing what you earn, and remembrance.

Beyond the membership
Gatherings in person
Gatherings in Bali and the Gulf are sold as dated tickets at a fixed price, announced to members first. The ticket covers the gathering only; travel and accommodation are your own. Tickets are refundable until seven days before the date.

What exactly is the membership?
A private membership for people who can see the world changing and want to be ready for it, together, billed monthly or yearly. It gives you the library, with a shelf of written playbooks for the gate and for every ground; the recording library of every gathering; the Brief, a letter on what changed; the community, xlnc.vip's own Telegram home; and live online gatherings, announced ahead of time. The Circle and The Table add people and rooms, as each tier sets out. Everything in it is general education and community.
Is this advice?
No. Everything we publish or say is general education, never advice for your own situation. Licensed professionals advise, act and sign on every regulated step in every country that concerns you; you engage and pay them directly, and you take their advice before you act. Health and mind are taught the same way, in general terms, never as a diagnosis or a treatment.
Do you manage money, or open companies and accounts for me?
No. We hold no client money, sell no financial product and manage nothing for anyone. Licensed company service providers form and administer companies, and banks open accounts on their own terms after their own checks. We teach how these things usually work and, from The Circle upwards, can introduce you to independent professionals we know. You engage and pay them directly.
What are the gate and the grounds?
Awaken is the gate: seeing the transition plainly, what your life is for, stillness as the first tool. Everyone passes through it once. The three grounds are Sow, laying foundations and the first means; Grow, growing a life and the means to live it, and keeping what you grow; and Give, abundance lived and shared. Six strands cross every ground: mind, health, means, place, circle and spirit. Each ground has its own shelf of playbooks and recordings.
Where do I stand?
You tell us, at welcome, in a few words: laying foundations and building your first means; growing what you have, and keeping it; or giving from what you have. No amounts are asked and no figures are kept. It points you to your ground's shelf first, and you can change it at any time. Nothing is dated, and nothing has to be taken in order.
How often are the gatherings?
As announced. Each gathering is announced to members ahead of time, and every one is recorded, so the library grows whether or not you attend live.
Which places do you cover?
Place is one strand of six. The harbours we teach today are Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Hong Kong, and others as the house grows. Most of the journey is about where you are now and who you are becoming, wherever that is.
Is every member verified?
Every member is verified. Before the rooms open we check your identity with a photo ID and a short live selfie through a specialist provider. It takes about three minutes, and we keep only the result.
How is the membership delivered?
Online. When your first payment succeeds the library opens, and within two working days your welcome letter arrives with your way into the community. The community, the private rooms, calls and introductions open once you are verified. Live gatherings are held as announced, and each is recorded onto its shelf. Nothing physical is shipped.
What are the gatherings in person?
Gatherings in Bali and the Gulf, sold separately as dated tickets at a fixed price and announced to members first. A ticket covers the gathering only; travel and accommodation are your own. Tickets are refundable until seven days before the date.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal linked in every receipt. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no refund for unused time or for gatherings you did not attend. Consumers in the EU and UK can also cancel within 14 days of first joining for a refund, less a fair amount for the part already provided. The full policy is on the Refunds page.
